Ștefan is a Game Designer and Game Producer with over 20 years of experience in game development across mobile and PC projects. Over his career, he has worked in multiple leadership roles, including Lead Game Designer and Lead Studio Designer at Gameloft, contributing to large-scale productions and guiding creative teams. He is passionate about gameplay systems and how mechanics shape meaningful player experiences.
At ECHO School, he is known for his practical approach, industry insights, and clear, friendly way of explaining the creative process.
