Mihai Pohontu – CEO, Amber Studio
Mihai is a business visionary and social entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in game development. As the CEO of Amber Studio, he leads a global team of over 500 professionals across 8 countries, delivering world-class games for top-tier publishers and original IP. Mihai has previously held senior roles at Samsung, Disney Interactive, and Electronic Arts, where he founded EA Romania. His passion for innovation and emerging markets has made him a driving force in the industry.

Scott Humphries – Chief Product Officer, Amber Studio
Scott is an accomplished leader in game development with over two decades of experience managing AAA games and free-to-play titles. As Chief Product Officer at Amber Studio, Scott oversees a studio organization of more than 500 people across eight countries, focusing on original game development and co-development for top-tier publishing partners. His career includes leadership roles at Disney Interactive and Electronic Arts, where he contributed to iconic titles like The Simpsons: Tapped Out and Frozen Free Fall.

Mel Songco – APAC Head of Operations for Amber, a global game development agency led by industry veterans across all disciplines, platforms and genres. Most recently, he has been appointed as the GM for Amber’s expansion into the Philippines. He’s held similar leadership roles with EA, Activision Blizzard, Vivendi and JAMDAT.

Andreea Enache – Chief Revenue Officer, Amber Studio
With a career spanning over a decade, Andreea is a trailblazer in business strategy and growth in the game development industry. As Chief Revenue Officer at Amber Studio, she oversees strategic partnerships and revenue generation. Andreea’s expertise lies in helping game developers, publishers, and creative teams succeed in a competitive market.
